At Diecast Culture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is free from any signs of wear.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
